Rev. Janet Blair's first day as pastor at Zion was on Easter Sunday 2007. This is her first full-time parish.
Pastor Blair is a lifelong Lutheran. She grew up in Florida but recieved her degree at Barnard College in New York City. Her first career was in typesetting, printing and publishing in New York.
After discerning a call to ordained ministry, she attended Union Theological Seminary in Manhattan, where she earned a Master of Divinity degree in 2004. Currently, she is in the process of completing an STM (Master of Sacred Theology) from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.
Pastor Blair lives with her son Stephen, who will start college in the fall, and with her cat Snowball.

Yvonne L. Sonnenwald is our church organist as well as the Children's Choir Co-Director. Yvonne has studied with the country's leading organ, choral and music theorists. She has toured the world giving recitals at many churches including New York's St. Patrick's Cathedral.
Yvonne has served as Dean of the Metropolitan New jersey Chapter for the American Guild of Organists. Today, Yvonne resides in Ridgefield and can be seen volunteering her time as Englewood Hospital and Medical Center's piano player.
Charles Lara is the Assistant Worship Leader, Cantor and Children's Choir Co-Director.
Charles has been a member of the church for over 15 years and actively serves on numerous church committees.
Charles is a Ridgefield resident and volunteers his time coaching recreation league teams.
