The Mission Statement:

The mission of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church

is to achieve and maintain a fellowship of faith

in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

      This fellowship will:

                                       Worship in the name of Trinity:

                                       Share the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Comminion;

                                       Proclaim God's Word and the good news as set forth in the bible,and strive,

                                       by god's grace, to grow  in christian maturity by prayer and bible study.

                                       Endeavor to bear others burdens and be a strengthener and example of

                                       christian faith;

                                       Extend to all it can the invitation to become followers of Jesus Christ and

                                       participate in the joys and  responsibilities of the Christian faith;

                                       Cooperate with other groups in appropriate ecumenical endeavors.
